DELIVERY

Depending on your delivery provider the price of delivery services changes.

We offer delivery services through DHL, UPS, DPD, FedEx

We deliver products to almost all European countries.

To fulfill your order, please allow up to 24 hours for order processing before it is ready for fulfillment and handing over to the delivery provider. Delivery times depend on your location.

PAYMENT

Communication with you is encrypted when card data is exchanged. We use the highest level of security. We never processes or stores any credit card information. You can get in touch with us

Payment can be made by bank transfer, Revolut payment.

The tax is included in the price for packages shipped within the EU, if you order to a country outside of the EU, please contact your local customs office for information since customs policies depend on the country. It is your responsibility as a customer to make sure the product can lawfully be imported to the country of your choice. The additional customs charges must be borne by the recipient.

Refunds

Wrong or damaged merchandise

You must notify us of wrong or damaged merchandise within seven days. We will send you replacement merchandise if the damage was due to TrickyVape. We do not replace merchandise that the customer ordered by mistake or compensate for any other kind of error, loss, damage, or delay that is beyond the control of TrickyVape.
